General guidelines & conditions As per your request we will quote either ex works our warehouse or include shipping costs by air, sea or express courier depending on the size of the order and customer’s urgency. We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping method available. Upon special request we will, if considered expedient, be able to drop ship directly from one of our manufacturers to your location. Of course, you may also designate your own shipper who may collect your order from our warehouse. Shipping After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation indicating stock availability for all items and delivery time for back orders, if any. Please inform us if you prefer to wait until the entire order is available or if you would like to receive a partial delivery. Back orders For certain products that are either custom made or require additional engineering which are indicated with an “Exclamation Mark” we kindly request you to please contact us at [email protected] so we may have a more in depth discussion before submitting you with a quotation. Please contact us All our items are covered by our manufacturer’s standard limited warranty, about which we can provide further details at your request. At a minimum we provide warranty on all our products for a period of 1 year after purchase while for some products 2, 3 or even 6 years is standard. Please note that our warranty does not include any labor, custom duties or shipping costs. We accept no liability for any of our products that may cause any material damage or personal injury and reject any consequential damages whatsoever. Any purchase from Exalto Emirates implies your express agreement to these terms & conditions which are available at your request, online and provided on the reverse side of all our invoices. Warranty& liability We apologize for any mistakes or omissions in this catalogue but cannot accept liability for any errors. Furthermore, we cannot accept any responsibility in case one of our manufacturers discontinues one of their products or changes any specifications. We reserve the right to discontinue any item without prior notification. Omissions or alterations If you decide to return an item, we can accept this return within 30 days of purchase only. Please send a return request to info@exalto- emirates.com and await approval to return the goods. Please make sure that the material is returned in ‘as new’ condition, in the original packing with all accessories and documentation, however we will charge 10% re-stocking costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue the refund. In case material is returned in a damaged or otherwise not pristine condition we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the purchase price to cover repair and/or repackaging costs. Any costs related to shipping and customs duty for returned items are for customer’s account. Please note that we are unable to process returns for specific brands, such as HamiltonJet, as themanufacturer does not accept any returns. Return policy All shipped items are inspected in our warehouse prior to dispatch and are packed suitably. In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours after receipt with photographic evidence after which we will take action to repair or replace the damaged item. However, please note that if damage is caused during shipping by a freight forwarding company designated by our customer, we cannot be held responsible.
