• High quailty aluminium white (colour RAL 9010) grilles in solid construction for quiet & controlled performance. • Extruded aluminium blades with aerofoil cross section for minimum turbulance. • The horizontal and vertical vanes are provided with nylon bushes for rattle free operation. • Borders are one piece construction in size through 1200 mm x 1200 mm, for smooth appearance and easy installation. • Counter sunk screw holes accommodate # 8 sheet metal screws, heads flush with surface of border. • Auxiliary frames available on request for neat and separable mounting in plaster and other wall materials. • Sponge foam gasket provided on request. All aerofoil blades are individually adjustable to any degree of deflection. Fd = Frame depth = 47 mm Model SG-HD is a supply air grille same as SG-H and with an opposed blade type volume control damper. Volume control damper can be operated with a key or a screw driver from the face of the grille. All aerofoil blades are individually adjustable to any degree of deflection .
